Our terms describe how shopping at iradii.com works. Your mandatory consumer rights remain in effect.

Effective date: October 14, 2026. These Terms of Service govern your use of iradii.com and purchases made through the iradii online store. By using the store, you agree to these terms, subject to your mandatory legal rights.

Store and Products

iradii operates an English-language online general merchandise store powered by Shopify. Product availability, specifications and pricing are shown on each product listing. We make reasonable efforts to keep this information accurate; if a material error affects an order, we will contact you with available options.

Orders and Payment

When you submit an order, you are offering to purchase the selected items. We may need to confirm availability, shipping eligibility or payment authorization before accepting it. Prices are based on USD, although local currencies may be displayed or charged where supported. Review the final shipping, tax and payment details at checkout.

Shipping

For eligible destinations, Economy Shipping costs $4.99 below an order subtotal of $49.99 USD and is free at or above $49.99 USD. Estimated delivery is 15–30 days. Availability is confirmed at checkout. See Shipping & Delivery.

Returns and Warranties

For incorrect, damaged or defective items we provide support within 30 days after delivery, and offer a one-year warranty for qualifying product defects. See Returns, Refunds & Warranty. These terms do not restrict statutory consumer rights.

Responsible Use

You agree not to misuse the website, distribute malicious software, engage in fraud, or infringe intellectual property or privacy rights.

Third-Party Services

Our store may use third-party service providers for payments, shipping and website functionality. Separate third-party terms may apply where disclosed.

Limitations

To the extent permitted by applicable law, website features may change or become temporarily unavailable. Nothing in these terms excludes rights, liability or legal remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Updates

We may update these terms and publish the revised version and effective date. Mandatory consumer law applies regardless of any inconsistent term here.
